Respected Sir/Ma'am,
It has been 5 months since i shifted from postpaid to prepaid and paid my bill with a 500rs note in the vodafone box.
the bill was less than 150rs and hence i should get the remaining money back, They charged me for the next month also which is also not fair as i have completely shifted to prepaid. but I havent.
It is not a fair means of making money by frauding other people like this.
I called the customer service people,went to the store many times but they kept postponing it everytime.
the reason : "the courier must not be able to reach your home." How is that possible when i regulary used to recieve my vodafone bills on time. Its just a way to eat up poor customers money.
After three months i got call that the check has arrived so i went to collect it. Next day i submited in the bank and it turned out to be expired. I had to pay the bank their fees for expiry checks.
So basically they had the check ready but did not want to give it. The checks date was close to my bill date.
How do you answer this?
Now I want the remaining money plus the fees that i paid to the bank. I will not tolerate such fruadal means.
you are a big company and doing such mediocre means to make money?
I did not expect this from you.
