I have a vodafone pospaid connection in the name of Dimple M Jain - ********88.
In the month of May & June there was a total bill amount of approx 26000/- rupees which vodfone people are saying it is due to internet usage.. then we were not ready to pay the bill as this much usage i have not done on internet.. Than a person from vodafone settlement department called up from the no -********05, Gaurav desai named.
He called up on 26 th July to convince me to do the total payment but I refused as I have not done any internet usage on this level... I asked them to provide me the internet itemized bill also they refused for that also ... Than he again called up on 27 th july to do the settlement with me.. He said that we can settle down your accounts by a payment to vodafone of amount 9400/-.. after that that your dues to vodafone will be nil. We did the payment of the that on 29th July to vodafone of rs. 9400 /-.. Yet are accounts are not Nil we are still getting calls for due payments.. I never expected this type of services from vodafone.. My no of vodafone is more than 8 years old.. now they have suspended my services and asking to do the bill payment than only they will start the services.. Vodafone is worst ... they dont have proper communication between the employees and management... I want my sim card to be started immediately. and I am not going to do any payment now..
I dont know how to tackle this please suggest and register my complaint..

We wish to re-iterate that post payment of Rs.9400(outstanding amount) has been waived off and currently there are no outstanding charges till 28/June?13 for the mentioned number. The same was mentioned over an email sent to you on 14/August/13. The services for 98**01**88 has been activated, effective 13/August/13. Please switch off the handset and switch it back on after a few minutes, in case you face any difficulty in using the services.
