I am very disappointed that vodafone is overcharging my account and then blocking all outgoing calls.
The problem:
my number 91-0********58 has a 2G data plan of 2GB pm for 100/- out of which I have only used 717.3 MB but I have been charged as per the normal rate of calculation and not through the plan due to which the usage amount is crossing 6000/- which is beyond the credit limit of 1100 and hence Vodafone blocks the outgoing calls.
I DONT understand what logic is this, this has never happened in the account for the past 10 months.
The call center associates are unable to understand the problem, even the call center Seniors are not capable to understand.
They are asking me to pay the amount and the discounted amount will be a negative credit to my account in the future.
please start the outgoing calls immediately as I have to make important calls!
