Dear sir/Mam,
i would like inform you that i am vadafone usser for last 1 year we got every month 1500 or max 1900 amout but this month we got 3517/- for my post paid bill.while i did not use any other facility with mobile. and i am not satisfy with our mobile bill.i will not pay for this i can pay only my calls amount whatever you got calls from my mobile.

Vodafone customer care is one sided. They have no respect for their subscribers. Their executives dont seem to realise that it is subscribers who make the company successful.
