I had gone to a Vodafone Store in Koparkhairane and submitted all the ID documents for a Post-paid net connection for my IPaD. I was given a new number ********7. However, it was disconnected within days saying non verfication of address. We were all throughout in our residence and nobody visited us. On calling their customer care, I'm asked to go again to Vodafone Customer Care for verification. The Vodafone centre is not near my residence. When the vodafone centre at Koparkhairane had seen my originals and took photocopies from my original documents, what am I to achieve by going to another vodafone centre. This is all fraud being perpetrated. Their field executives dont visit the residences and then they get the connections disconnected. Sheer harassement.
