Vodafone Mumbai - Vodafone Cheating on International Roaming

I want to acknowledge to you that I have made two mistakes in my life (But I won’t make the third one).
Mistake No.1 : Porting into Vodafone.
Mistake No. 2: Using International Roaming with the belief that you won’t cheat me.
I travelled to Singapore on 17th-19th September, In fact I was there for just 60 hours, arrived 8 AM on 17th and returned 19th by 8 PM flight, reaching India on 19th night around 11. During this duration I was mostly on Hotel Wifi/Office Wifi and used data sparingly. I received a total of not more than 10 calls lasting not more than 1 Min each.
When I landed back in Mumbai, I received a nasty surprise via SMS saying that my usage is INR 85,170(Approx) and my credit limit is INR 72,900. And that I have to make an interim payment to avoid restriction of services. Next day, I got another message saying that my usage till date is 62,706 and Credit limit 72,900, I spoke to 111, and told them that there is a mistake that while I have been travelling and using Internet this seems disproportionately high, I was told not to worry and that this can get addresses once the bill is raised, I was still not convinced and told the concerned person to allow me to speak to someone senior, and I was told a call back has been arranged and that I will get a call in 2 hours, the call happened a few hours later and I was still told not to worry.
On 23rd I got another message saying that my usage is 59,746 and that I need to make a payment.
Today I received a phone call from Vodafone saying that now I have a usage of 125,000 and that I need to make a payment to continue, I told the caller the same issue with full background, and I was told that if I have come back to India, I shouldn’t worry and that it is fine and that the same will be resolved when the bill happens.
My billing cycle is 11th to 11th, so I have about 20 days before I get the bill, moreover such charges are unimaginable and causing needless stress, your call centre can’t solve this, My experiences with your Gallery have been quite useless, Can someone at Vodafone Help?

I have experienced same thing , I was in Dubai 27-30thoct2013 and bill came to 23000/. my. average bill is 1200, .
Vodafone cleverly hides the fact in international roaming, ur all applications go autofresh, they become on and becomes money spinner for company. Its kind of racket which needs to be exposed, Rather then addressing my concern they disconnected my phone .
