Vodafone Mumbai - Very Disappointed with Vodafone Billing

I have ported my number from Reliance to Vodafone..(********82) When I went to the Vodafone store and asked them to convert the number from Reliance prepaid to Vodafone prepaid they literally pressured / forced me to take Vodafone Billing plan..I said I already had a Corporate number with Vodafone so they said we will link the same corporate plan on this number. I was okay.. And they said if you are not satisfied with the billing plan you can anytime change it to Prepaid, and they started the service...when I saw the first bill I was shocked, it was completely a different plan...I called customer care but no positive reply from them...after two months I asked them to stop the billing Plan Bcoz it was not worth and I requested them to transfer my number to prepaid...Again the whole drama started they gave me 10 different plans which were of no use to me, and forced me to again use the billing...but I denied it and asked them to convert my number to prepaid..after hearing the reply I was so angry...Now they are asking me to pay Rs 479 to convert from billing to prepaid..I said I initially wanted the prepaid plan but you people forced me to have the Billing plan... and while getting the new connection they have told me that I can anytime shift to prepaid so it doesn't makes any sense to pay the charge, also they have started the billing service which I never wanted. It was a Fraud. So now they want me to clear the all the outstandings (which again are the unwanted charges) plus the current month bill.. I don't want Vodafone billing again but I want my number back without paying these false charges.. I am ready to pay whatever I have used but not these false charges.

Thanking you those who looked after this matter...Thanks a Lot..You guys really helped me. Thanks Vodafone. I have successfully changed my number from Postpaid to Prepaid now. They just took money for SIM card and Talktime. Though it took a lot of time..but results are good. Thanks again. Keep it up.
