Vodafone Mumbai - VAS CHARGES DEBITED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is Vighnesh Kamath. I,am writing this complaint to address the problem regarding the VAS services activated on my mobile.

In the last two days on 26/12/2016 andd 27/12/2016 ,without my consent and knowledge, more than 15 VAS services have been activated. Initially , about 14 VAS services were activated on 26/12/2016 afternoon. However,seeing this, I immediately contacted vodafone representative to deactivate the same.This charged me about more than Rs.600.
Once deactivated, again at 04.00 am in morning on 27/12/2016, more VAS services have got activated,even when I was sleeping.
This has also been deactivated after having a telecom with vodafone representative.

However,all this simply caused me great amount of loss of money for nothing. I am not going to pay for this deduction,since the VAS charges were carried out without my consent. Hence I request you to cancel this charges on me, and ensure it is not repeated again.

Vodafone cannot shift this mistake to third party, by saying that customers have activated this VAS,since recently there have been many such similar instances,where customers have been charged for VAS without their consent.

Please take immediate action on this and take this at very high priority. And return back all my deductions of VAS to my account.
