Product not delivered and not returning the money.

Worst shopping experience with snapdeal. I am really frustrating with the snapdeal.com. I have placed an order on 6th may 2013. (order number ********7) Still it is not delivered and they are not returning my money. Whenever I mailed no proper response. If i make call they make me wait for 10 minutes. No proper response from the representatives. Please don't buy anything in snapdeal,.
