I have ordered A Fujezone Smart Tablet through Snapdeal vide order no. 527814238. Same was received by me on 2nd May 2012. But after opening the packet the product was not satisfactory as per my expectation and I wanted to return this product. I asked them for the steps for my product reversal which was under free look in period. But snapdeal support team refuses and linger the matter asking some matter which are not justified.

Firstly they mailed me stating that I have not shared my disagreement mail within 48 Hrs so I lost the power of complaining. But again when I showed them my sent mail on 3rdMay 2012 they accepted and asked me about the fault/defect for which I wanted to return my product.
So I stated in my mail which is as below
“THE DEFECT IS THAT YOUR ADVERTISEMENT IN SNAPDEAL IS UNDER MOBILE AND ACCESSORIES CATEGORIES. NOWERE IT IS WRITTEN AS PC TABLET. I AM HAVING LAPTOP IN MY HOME SO I DONT NEED THIS AND MOREOVER TOUCH SCREEN, SOUND ARE UNDER PERFORMING.
APART FROM ALL THIS AT THE END I WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT WHICH IS STILL UNDER FREE LOOK IN PERIOD AND I AM NOT WRONG IN MY APPROACH TILL DATE. SO PLEASE TELL ME THE PROCESS OF RETURNING THE PRODUCT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.â€
We exchange mails till 10th May 2012 & on 10th May,2012 I wrote to CEO of Snapdeal kumal.bahl@snapdeal.com, but no response mail from him is received till date.
I want to return the product which is still under free lookin period but sanpdeal is not reverting
