Sir on 4\\8\\2010 i did an online payment to snap deal .com for coupons purchasing through my net banking account from south indian bank the amount was rs3550,on 10\\10\\2010 i received the message that the coupons has been sent to other customer, i have sent them my bank statement also, for past 4days i am keep on mailing and telephonic conversation but i was not getting any positive response, this problem was also with one mr george who purchased the coupons from them, Sir please look into it and do the needful
I support this complaint. Snapdeal is providing very pathetic service. I booked a voucher for new year eve..paid through my netbanking and even after following them for last 2 days.. I am not able to get the voucher..their response time is very bad and spoiled my entire new year plans
