I am from Chennai. I had placed an order on snapdeal after a lot of research on the product(Order ID - 1123634709 and Item Viva Fitness KH 4700 Home Gym) on 20.07.2013, which costs Rs30,600.00 . The product was expected to be delivered on or before 26.07.2013. And then I was told that there has been a delay and was expected to be delivered on 31.07.2013, however it was still not delivered on 31July2013 and finally after chasing up, the product was received on 03.08.2013 around 3:30pm. It was packed and sealed.After a long wait, I was exited to have my first home gym. The store did not provide any installation charges, so I had to call for a local guy for Rs1000 to install the home gym. We started this on a weekend, as looking into the manual, we started setting the home gym.Only then we noticed that the weights which is a necessity for the home gym was missing and there were two pulleys short in the product that was received. I called the local courier person who delieverd the product enquiring if there was any other parcel along with this and he denied there wasn't any. The same day(04.08.2013) I called and raised a complaint(#2735557) with snap deal telling about the missing parts in the package. Again I raised a detailed complaint(#2737708) in their portal the same day and they said to allow 48 hrs, it was almost three days and still no update. Again I asked for an update on 7th but still no update. After a number of calls and mails, I was asked to send pictures of the items received and the package on 16thAug2013. I sent them on 18th Aug2013 and still no response. I kept calling them only to hear that I would receive an update in 48hrs and their 48 hours never come. I would request you to please help me get the missing items or refund my money back. Thanks in advance.
