i am purchase a mobile phone MOTOROLA, EX109 in Rs-2602/-cash with online shopping mall,snapdeal.com, in order no-********7 dt:-20/11/2012 but committed delivery time given to 48 hrs at the time of order but the delivery date of product is 28/11/2012 at 6.05 pm after calling by over the phone of several times.Well here not the end,after picking the mobile phone i show the box the phone manufacturing date is AUGUST-2011,and phone is not working i.e.dead phone than am complaint one of the snap deal customer executive Mr.NAGENDRA at 11.02pm on 28/11/2012 and he took me to compliant no-1361986,after that 29/11/2012 at 10.20am i received a call from snap deal customer compliant care and my talk with Mr.TABISH SHAMSHI he told me to this statement...............

As per our telephonic conversation please note we tried to arrange the reverse pick up from your provided address through our nominated courier, But due to non-serviceable address same could not be arranged ,so request you to please send the product on below address in original brand packing with invoice and inform us back with the dispatch details. You can send it through any courier except DTDC. Please mention your complain no(1361986) also.

But my thing is that, why Big reputed company like snapdeal.com is doing this type harass of old manufacturing defect phone send to me, and told me also defect phone send to his address by courier in my side, why i do like this,i want a new 2012 manufacturing phone instead of old AUGUST-2011 defect phone please replace with new phone or, refund my paid cash amount 2602/-because mobile phone is important thing in every human being without any delay arrange me at yours earliest.
