Snap Deal is Number 1 fraud company in India. There are products are from some cheap market. They know very well how to steal money from customers. Its been a month. That i have not received my refund. I have been trying calling them but no body pick up the phone. Neither they send me email. This is what happen when couple of youngsters open company. They should change there name from snap deal to cheat deal.

Beware all shoppers please please please do not buy anything from snap deal. If you do not want to lose your money.

Dear ednixon, don't be worried if your call is not reach then I thinks it is some technical problem you can try support email address which is better option to solve your problem.
