Product Type - TV Trolley.

I ordered this product on 13.10.2013 and the delivery was made on 21.10.2013. The product looked like as if it was used before and just dismantelled and shipped to my address. There was no instructions to assemble it or who would do the assemble it. Nobody called me from the site either regarding the assembly of the product.

I started calling their customer service no - 0********26 from the 22.10.2013 onwards and have not had any proper response other than someone from the complaints team will get in touch with you. They gave me a complaint no - 3628644 and said someone will call me but no one did. The first day i called they said we do not need the pictures of the product as i dont want to keep it anyways. On further escalations about no one contacting me, they said we need the images to arrange a return courier.

The quality of the product is so bad that it looks used. Also the product is not like how the picture was on the site. The planks of compressed wood are of different colors and one of them is slightly chipped too.

I need the product taken from my house and my money refunded.
