I ordered Hp Laptop from Snapdeal on 3 September, 2013 on next day I wanted to cancel the product so I called them twice and asked agents to cancel the product on 4th Sept. on 5th received email saying ?order number 1231403647 is booked on 6 Months EMI Successfully.? & the status shown for product is "IN TRANSIT". On checking with your customer care executive, they simply telling me wait for 1-2 days more every time. On asking when it will be delivered, they don't have answers. As you know every customer want your product on time because product bit urgently. I also registered to complaint at the customer support at snapdeal as shown my previous chain mail, but i am very surprise no reply mail received from customer support. On 5th The customer representative told me it will take 25 days to get the money transfered to your account ie 15 business days i was in deep mental tension since they were not giving me any confirmation mail or satisfactory answers from your customer support. I want to cancel my order but not able to do so as these guys are not at all helping me Please help me to resolve this issue. Ajij Shaikh
