Mahindra Renault Pvt Ltd - Service problem (ID # 1175)

i had bought the mahindra logan petrol version about 18 months back.

2 weeks back i had given it for general servicing with absolutly no problems.
next day i went to pick it up for servicing clearing all the service bills. The minute i removed the vehicle out of the service station gate there was some major problem from the front engine section during full turn reverse or forward movement.

Showed it to the service head immediately, they couldn't figure out the problem.
They asked me to keep the vehicle again.

Since then it has been two weeks they haven't been able to resolve or repair the problem. They say "The front axle will have to be replaced." a few days later they say "the part had been ordered but the mahindra parts provider has sent the wrong part. We have ordered it again."

Now i get a reply from them that the part is not available so we will have to wait.

The mahindra renault Service is the most unprofessional and negligant service. completly disappointed with Mahindra renault service.

Service station details: Silver jubliee motors, Pune -- Chinchwad branch.
