Mahindra Renault Pvt Ltd - Poor Service for Mahindra Logan

I bought Mahindra Logan four years back the year it was launched. FOr few days I was quite impressed as it was my first Sedan. But after some weeks when I sent my car for first service problem began. I was surprised to see the scratches on the corners of roof top of car on all sides. I complained regarding this and one of the Mahindra people came to my office. But he was so rude and didn't listened to my complaints. Thereafter he said someone from Sri Durga will come to inspect the car. And it's four years now nobody bothered.

After that I got car serviced at Sri Durga many a times and won't believe the sort of service I got for my car is like getting this done by any road side unauthorized service station. Complained for the lack of service quality many a times but to no vain.

Some 4-5 months back I got my car serviced and complained that car is making some noise while we turn the steering. BUt the engineer didn't bothered to attend the issue and said its resolved. And after a month or so the car break down in Manesar. Car was brought down by toe vehicle from a Mahindra showroom in Gurgaon who said both Alternator and Axel need to be replaced. Both were changed at Rs. 45000.

It's a long story of complaints and I would come straight to last service I got done 3 days back at same Sri Durga. As it was a paid service I still tried to raise problems with the car and pay for all the problems. I was told the car will be delivered complete by evening. But didnt got the call till 5 p.m. I called up Sri Durga service engineer and he said it will be delivered at 6:30 p.m. I reached the service station with my little daughter my Metro Train at 6:50 p.m.
I was surprised to know after waiting for one hour they said car is not ready. I requested to side mirror to be replaced while submitting the car for service and was told will be done and was told the cost as well by the engineer after confirming from Store @ Rs. 1500. In the evening they said side mirror is also not available. It was not there, the mechanic and service supervisor said car cant be delievered as car is not ready. But after 30 minutes they delivered me the car.

Complaints for last service -

1) All doors were making noise, no proper cleaning was done from outside, paid for dry cleaning of car (Rs. 500) but I don't think other than rubbing they did anything else.

2) I requested for Pollution check and it was also not done.

3) Side mirror was not replaced.

4) No trial was taken after service.

5) Indicator light was not working.

6) Power windows were not working right for front seats.

7) Was delivered the car at 9:00 p.m.
