I have bought XUV500 from Sterling Moters, Gurgaon, Haryana 4 month Back.
After 2 months from the purchase, I face Break Noise, Interior noise at 2-3 places and window glass sound issues.
I called sterling Moters relation ship manager Mr. Sanjeev and he told will fix all the problems at the time of first service in 3 months time.
On 13th Of Aug12 I have taken my car to the workshop as per the appointment given by Sterling Moters.When I reach service center that place looks like hell as many customers were fighting with workshop peoples for their issues and service center was over loaded with pendancy.
I have told all my issues to workshop relation ship manager and he promissed me to fix all the issues including service and will deliver the car at 6PM.
After lot of fight they put my car in the service bay at 4PM and tried to deliver the car without solving the given problems at 6PM.

When I fight with the relationship manager, he has done 2-3 test drive from heir road tester but no one is ready to resolve the issues saying we do not have the capability to resolve this and some spray is not avl to fix the interior sound, for break problem they do not have any answer as it looks manufacturing defect.

After that I escalated to sterling moters GM Mr. Lama and VP Services but they also looks helpless. In the end they told me to take the car without paying the services charges for oil/filters etc and GM Mr. lama Promissed me to give a call on 16th Aug12 for resolving the issues and told only after resolution i have to pay the amount.

Till now no call from his side and no one is picking up my call and I have sent lot of SMS's also.

Kindly help for resolving all my complaints.
