Mahindra Renault Pvt Ltd - Poor Mileag and Head Light , Poor Service

Hi,

I Have given the car for service in Chennai Velachery India Garage date on 09.09.10 2nd Free Service.

Vechile Model

Logan 1.5 DLE
Number :- TN30 BY 1875

Below Complaint had given

1. Poor Mileage (Long drive with A/C 15KM Per litre ) Chennai to SALEM (High Banglore High Way)

I have told very clearly to Service centre.. they are not care about that. Till the issue the persist

I Have drived all the Scnario. its giving only 15KM per/litre. For High Driveing speed ~ 70 KM to 95 KM and also i have teasted below 70KM Speed it's giving only 15KM.. and I am not use much clutch


2. Right Side Head Light Doom Meltaed spil paper.

they are not change under waranty.....

3. Horn Pad Tight while pressing the Horn.

After service again i went to Service centre... they are trying retifyed that, but no use..

4. Steering wheel slighlt going right side

Still the issues there..

5. Carry Forwaded Complaint ( Streeing Hard and Tight)

till now no solution at all (Start from Car delivery... i have informed chennai RO MR.venkatesh.. he adviced to me go Velachery service centre Start from Firrst service. i went there they ask to me chek after 15000 KM... but still issues in Steering)

6. 2nd Service

It's ok Oil change and Filter change, Water wash... other then nothing.


...... Service is not good.. as i expected..

I was worked same filed past5yearsback never happen my carrieer like this
