Vodafone Mumbai - Receiving Bills even after Deactivation of Number

For my number ********31, I have asked for deactivating the number in February after clearing all the dues. However, I am still receiving monthly bills. This is very irresponsible of the company to send me the bills after confirming the deactivation of my number. They are harassing me by calling me everyday.

Activate my vodafone mobile number - ********52 (Ported from airtel to vodafone). Since 24hrs my number is off.
