I am getting missed calls from +25240900331.

It seems like other users are experiencing the same issue; when you call back the call rates are exhorbitant and it seems to be like a tele marketing call.

Can you explain why Vodafone customers getting these; why are the call rates on these calls so exhorbitant and how did these tele marketers get my number?
