Hi,

I had purchased Art Di Nox dinner set from ITBC, which came with 1 dinner plate broken into pieces...

I have written to them zillion times and they do not take any action, just give me copy paste responses... they have cheated me ... i want to take action against them...

I have been following up for last 4 months, but all in vain....
