I am one of ur vodafone postpaid customer. .with a 2g plan for internet.my no. ********42
According to my usage my monthly bill sums upto 300-400, but dis month it has crossed 7000 which is actually surprising. .D las msg says u hav crossed ur credit limit fr internet usage..I.e 5000 n ur current bill is 7000+
ThiS is so very annoying as I knw my internet consumption level and also quite unethical on ur company's front to send sumthng so filthy wvout ne prior notice.
Pls look into d matter Asap...or else we r sure to go fr d portability scheme..
