i have connected with vodafone billing within last 2 years.
but i gatting problem at my vodafone bill. and they not solve the problem every month they charged vodafone net connect service charges but i am not using that service so how its possible to i pay that charges i agains and agains go vodafone gallery and talk to their executive but they cant help and solve my internet problem he contineusly charge what ever services i can not use so please i request you pls follow my problem and solve that
i want to know about my check bonus details, i never do payment through check but i have chagre check bouns that why i know about it when i bouns the check, and i want to know thata check bonus account number
Dear Sir,I will not satisfied your service becouse my mob.no ********5 has been complaint to vodafone gallery at malad (W) Liberty Garden ,This number have deactivated , i will requested to dated 01/06/2016. but this number steel dosn't deactivated i have done many complaint to malad (W) branch gallery and also in vodafone customer care but still now i am not getting any feedback properly so pls give me replay as soon as .

I have buy New MIFI Wi-Fi device and number ********19. Need to add in my Vodafone app to check the data utilize for number ********19. But I am not able to add the number. Need help to add the same as said query. Try multiply times and called to Vodafone customer but did not got support.
It very difficult to have Vodafone service ,always need to chase for any query and resolution. The below reference number 1******** was opened on 17 July 2017 but there is no response from Vodafone end. Kindly provide the SLA for the same
