I have bought Vodafone 3G dongle last month and it got activated on 14th October 2013. I live in ghatkopar East.Vodafone claims that they give speed upto 14MBPS so I chose Vodafone against any other 3G dongle provider but I never received speed more than 100-200kbps. I have called them more than 20 times to register my complaint. I got sms from them saying it will be fixed by 24th October 2013 but it never got resolved.
I didn't receive any service for the whole month of my contract and all money went in vain. I didn't get any service from Vodafone. Their staff is not at all skilled and they keep asking questions but never resolved nay issues. Now my one month has come to end and I called them to ask about my complaint. the answer I got was "newtwork issues take upto 45 days". I am quite disappointed about it as it always meant my whole month money was going to go into vain and they don't value customer. They should have returned my money as I was never able to get any service for my money. they are totally unprofessional. if they knew they cant provide service in some area for more than one month how can they sell their service in that area. I think I deserve my money back as it took my so money and time to call them and talk to those unskilled people.
