Vodafone Mumbai - Got a missed call from +25240900331

on 22nd September around 11:35 PM i got a call from +25240900331 which I couldnt pick up.. When I returned the call, there was some disturbance because of which I disconnected the call..
What surprises to me is that lot of people had got a call from the same number and there all are Vodafone Users.. I failed to understand how come these people are able to contact us, unless & until there is some number sharing mechanism

i charged Rs 1800/- for calling this number though i didn't called any body. vodafone is creating unnesassary problems for theire customers
