Hi,
My contact is ********23 and today(10/01/2013),I recharged online via selfhelp(*111#) for 1000 SMS as shown in option for Rs. 36 but I got 500 SMS balance.So its open cheat by company showing offer in self recharge option for 1000 SMS and giving 500.So either cancel my subscription or provide 1000 SMS

Complainant's Goal: I want my money back or give me full service what is showing in list.
