Ref : The outstanding balance reflecting on Vodafone # ********47
I had purchased the vodafone 3G stick 6-7 months back, the advisor advised that typically 1 GB plan will meet my requirements. The first month bill after regular usage was 4000/-. which was seemingly very high, I immediately changed the plan to 3 GB on the same date of payment of bill.
Bill for the month December has come to circa Rs. 45000, which is an incorrect bill, as whole of December, we faced major issues in connectivity, there have been various complaints registered with the vodafone call centre, though initially they were able to help, but post that there was a major snag in the .exe file of the USB stick. Which resulted into my Laptop not taking any internet connection. Further Vodafone customer care had noted my wrong e-mail id, hence I was not receiving any bill. I received a call in Jan,12 stating that there is an outstanding bill of Rs. 45000 towards my usage for the month of December.
Which is completely incorrect and sanely not possible to use also, given the USB stick was not working most of the time. I am not sure how this kind of bill is possible, had it been INR 3000-4000, though again it would have been a very high amount, I would have considered and paid. But under no circumstances, it is possible that we would have used the 3G services of INR 45000/- , when the device itself was not working!!!.
W had procatively aske vodafone to dactivate the connection
In the past I have used a broadband connection and my cumulative bill for 12 months has never crossed INR 25 000/-. I demand an explanation on firstly why was I misguided by your sales representative and secondly why a wrong bill is sent to me and services were deactivated without information. Further since for the month of Jan I have not used any services because of this deactivation, no amount should be charged to me
Please help me in getting urgent attention into this matter and send me the correct bill . I will be more than happy to pay.
