Vodafone Mumbai - Disconnected without intimation

I have been a prepaid Vodafone customer since 2005. On 2nd May 2011, Vodafone disconnected my services mdn # 98198 83005 without any intimation. The customer service says this mobile number never existed. The Vodafone centres are unable to help due to no information. Emails are being sent since 6th May 2011 to vodafonecare.mum@vodafone.com. Not a single reply.

Is vodafone serious about their business with so many better players in the market ?
