Vodafone Mumbai - complaint about vodafone service excutive

Today i have visited to your vodafone store which there in kandivali west( Raghuleela) regarding my phone bill,

Your customer excutive was so pathatic in talking with the customer, i had a bad expiriance over there,

My issu was that i have not 650 mgs nite call,s but still is was charge to me , Mr Anurag said it will be charge for you, & i have not used phone fome last 7 day for out going call, my credrd limit was incresing day by day

whatever it should be you have pay,

my qustion is if i have not done why i have to paywhy vodafone has charg me ?????????

My request is vodafone please change your excutives attitute, give them some traing how to handal customer,

From last five years am vodafone customer, & always had bad expirince , it just your vodafone network is proper thats why am tolerating your MUCH MUCH,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
