About 8 months back some purchases were made online and as a promotional offer a travel vocher was given to me. This travel voucher ITBC 2793 was activated thru online with Premier Sales Promotions, Bangalore and as per the instructions the same was filled and sent back again in July 2010 along with Rs.800/- payment towards service charges for a holiday booking at Kodaikanal from 30th Oct to 1st Nov 2010.

Atleast 10 times I had called this Premier Sales Promotions on their land line no. 080-40554870 and every time the reply was same " we have yet to get the confirmation from hotel which is expected in couple of days" . As the booked dates are nearing I am desprately trying to contact this no since last 3 days. But, throughout the day a recorded voice is greeting " we apologise in not attending you. Our officer will attend you in a shortwhile now". From 10.30 in the morning to evening 6.00 the same is relayed and no is attending the calls.And after 6.00 another voice reminds that the offices are closed. What a world class service!

Surprisingly the other no. 080-40554850 also relaying the same broad cast !

What kind of a service is this ? Which is this Premier Sales Promotions pvt ltd ? Is this a genuine company ? Looks like another blade company taking public for a ride ?

As I was unable to contact this company, I was forced to write to India today bookclub to make aware of this company and make arrangement immediately for the holiday booking made for 30th of oct'10 month & requested to send a scanned copy of the hotel reservation to my e-mail ID or thru courier.

In addition to this, my other travel voucher no. ITBC 14892 which was sent to Premier Sales Promotions on 9.8.2010 has not been received yet. Not only this, a travel bag which was supposed to be received for this offer is still not received! After continuous follow up with ITBC during the month of Dec 2010 one lady officer replied to my e-mail and informed that " My travel request is still under process ( for my Oct 10 booking !) "


What kind of a promotional offers are this from India Today book club ?????????
