i was promised for a cash back of Rs 1990 within 15 days of purchase of the a product from snapdeal. I had bought it on May 21st, 2013 and was not provided the cash back. The snapdeal people did everything to delay the cash back and tried to cheat me by not honoring the deal they promised. After i stopped the payment from my bank, they were forced to do the cash back after almost 5 months. I would like to seek compensation and treat them a lesson for trying to cheat innocent customers like me. Kindly, help me in this regard.
