Vodafone Mumbai - Charged for not used Application

I have been charged for not used Application (Vodafone dispute Complaint no SR.2********)

I am one of the Vodafone postpaid customer, Mobile no. ********82 My Monthly plan is talk time + Internet that is Rs. 399+299=698.
According to my usage my monthly bill come around Rs. 680/- to Rs. 690/-But for the month of dec 2016 it has crossed to Rs. 1890/- Bill is showing Rs. 1047/- extra for content download. I am surprisingly came to know about this application after visiting your Vodafone Borivali (W) Gallery ” about i pay merchant”, application was used on 19th dec 2016, Rs.349/- for 3 times on same day, sum around total Rs. 1047/-which has not been used by me. I am having the Vodafone data card and using the internet services through WIFI only instead of mobile internet service.
I am totally disturbed with your services, please consider this matter asap and the entire amount of Rs. 1047/ from the bill.
