I purchased a product on 29 Sept 2010. I have been following up since Oct but they refuse to acknowledge the payment.
Whenever I call them, their system is down, and when I write to them, they inform me that the product has been delivered as Cash on Delivery.
I have the Authorization code # 002859 and Transaction code # 00160 from HSBC proving that I have made the payment.
But Bagittoday refuse to acknowledge and respond to any of my emails or calls.

I haven't received my refund yet. The Authorization code # 002859 and Transaction no. # 00160 from HSBC bank for the payment I had made to India today.

I support this complaint. I also ordered satyapaul wallet and also reebok watch on 4 Dec 10. Still I don't get any Gift from Bag it today. Also I recommend my most of friends. But I called them and said to not using this poor facilities provided by Bag it today. After calling STD call, they are not answering or dispatching the gifts. If they refused to send the gift or don't reply this msg. within 48 hours i will reject the order and claim in consumer's complaint.
