I have been complianing customer care from 21st October, as I couldn't view chanels.
I have wait hours to get connected to customer care and they promise to send technician without fulfilling it. Till now contact more than 10 times.
Pl stop your chanel and refund our money.

Have you got solution to your problem. If not please read the below and act on it
1. Sun direct is a public limited company owned by Mr. Maran and is a licensed entity from Government of India (Min of Information & Broadcasting), Hence we have rights to get information from them through Right to Information act of 2005.
2. Don't think that they wont reply to this letters send by us, just like a compalint raised over email or phone to customer care officer. Surely they will reply back within 30 days (Believe me !)
3. Still have doubt how to write a letter, to whom to write.....please spend few minuites at www.rtiindia.org....
4. You can search for exiting request on sun direct or raise a new request for help (what ever it is...eg: to whom to send letter, how much i have pay (around Rs.10/-)
5. If you still don't believe the power of right to information act...go through the success stories listed here...http://www.rtiindia.org/
If you don't want to go with the above method...use the standard procedure given below.
Send mails to all the following email ids in the To or CC.....One of them (assuming some one will be always against some one, takes this option to revenge others) surely take this problem to higher officials.

I have SUN DIRECT DTH connection last 2 years my smart card no. 41135192411, recently sun d.dth changed its satelite and its also stopped all channels on 22nd decembar 2010 , Sun Direct agreed to do free of charge service for dish aligment . I have given compl. 4th novm. 2010 against through callcentre com.no. 1013770768 rekha reply to resolved the compl. in 48 hours. I tried to resolution them many times comp. in call centre against compl. no. 1082775201 Ritesh,1082866568Dinesh, 1487976581 Deepa,1663998420 Neha,BL-3832 Savita,BL-3328 Sarad, Sun-65038 Sudhir Etc. I dispache a writen letter ragisterd post 10jan 2011 but there is no responce. Sun Direct DTH is very very chiter company.
