I have Sun HD connection with Smart card No41313890869.
The dish is uprooted since 29th June 2010.
I am not able to watch any program since then.
Till date the service is not working and
when contacted, stated every time that this would be rectified within 24 hours.
But till date it is still useless.
Even after umpteen reminders, they have not done anything.
I am extremely unhappy with the service and the pathetic irresponsible reply from the Sun HD service team. Please helppppppppppppppppp.....
