I am a customer of Sun Direct since November 2009. Since last one month, I am unable to view any of the channels. It always displays some error messages. within last 2 weeks, I have made 4 compalints to the call centre. The last compalint was lodged on 23rd July 2010 at about 1800 hrs and the compalint No. is 1-30990368. It was absolutely shocking to see the behaviour of call centre people. Even the call centre people are unable to communicate in English.
Eventhough I have made 4 complaints so far, none of the complaints were attended and interestingly, they have closed all the complaints automatically without attending even a single one.
Even the information furnished by the call centre people are found to be wrong on most of the times. I don't understand why the call centre people are refusing to lodge complaints.
Shall be greatful if you can depute some representaive to collect all the releveant Sun direct materials from my home and make the refund of the entire amount immediately.
