Idea Cellular - Quality of Costumer response is Bad . (ID # 3966)

Greetings,
I am a customer of Idea cellular (service Provider) bearing mobile no 9850965835.
I am using this number since April 2008. Since a long time i am having problem of call disturbance (one sided voice) to std land line numbers, i.e whenever I call to any std land line number (let say 06762 243613 - My native number), the call get connected , I can hear the other side voice ,they are not able to hear me and the bill get counted for this. This has occurred several time and I paid for the same even though I requested them to give waiver for this as this is the problem from their side but they denied. This is going on since a long time. Earlier When I used to call costumer care to complain regarding this they used to take 1 week of time and do some time being fix for this and again this problem comes after 15 days or within 1-2 months. This time I am having the same problem since 1 month. I called the costumer care on 1st week of July 2010 to complain for the same. They assured that the service will be restored within 3 working days. But after 10days I did not find any improvement so again I called on 26 July 2010 to know the status. They replied that there was no complain for this, what I lodged on 1st week of July. Again the costumer care personal assured me that, they will initiate a new complain for this and this will be resolved within 28th of July 2010. I was waiting for this date but again I could not find any solution for this , today I called the costumer care to find the status of this complain. But they replied that there is no complain by me regards to this.
So I really do not know, whether they intentionally avoiding this or they do want to give service to costumer.
I need to know who were the costumer care personal those who handled my call during that time and want to listen the recorded discussion (IVR) and why they have not generated the complain.
And I need the service to be restored within no time and I need a waiver of the call charges incurred towards these calls since my connection.
