Idea Cellular - My sim card was given to unautorized person without my permission

Hi,

Sub: My Spice simcard was blocked and has been provided to unauthorized person without my permission



I was using the Spice Prepaid sim card no: 9964463616 which is in my name (Pradeep JK s/o Keshavamurhty) from past 8 months and suddenly the Simcard got disconnected on 07/07/09.
I then enquired the same with Idea Cellular outlet present in Nagarabhavi, Bangalore 560040, and then got to know that my number has been disconnected and duplicate sim card has been provided to another person by another Idea Outlet present in Marathalli Bangalore.

I then called the marathhalli Idea outlet and got to know that they have provided the duplicate sim card to the other person without any verification. And also i requested them to deactivate that sim card as its used by un authorized person and give me number back to me. My number is still being used by another person though its in my name.
But I am not getting any proper response from them.

I would like to log complain on the IDEA Cellular, for deactivating my number without my permission and providing the same number to the other person illegally without verifying any documents.

I would request to provide me the justice on this ASAP
