Idea Cellular - idea sim card which was advetised by idea mobile services was not correct

the advertisement given by idea cell mobile was not properly casted. it is observed that the actual sim is having a cut at corner place was wrongly shown cut at other end at bottom. this may please be verified and if it is a correct please inform how it is possible .

I support this complaint.

I have a idea connection number 9911508070 which I have been using since 2006. I went abroad and they gave me excess bill. Then they disconnected my number.

Last month one of their customer executive told me that she will waive off the amount but then nothing happened.

Two days back one of their customer care executive Mr Manoj contact number 9718294944, told me that he got the permission to waive off 1000 Rs of my bill and has asked me to pay 900 Rs. I did it yesterday and till now my number is blocked.
When I talked to him again, he talked to me rudely and disconnected the phone without talking to me properly.

They cheated me and I want to file a complaint against Mr Manoj as well as idea cellular for keeping the customer in darkness without telling the truth.

Please help me in revealing their true face out.
