To inform with deep regrate that IRCTC Tatkal online (e-ticket) reservation process is of no use with session getting drop or unavailable during initial hours of it\'s opening period.
Virtually every time you try to book in the morning at 8:00AM, session will either drop almost instantaneously, with \"service unavailable\" error, failing to load entire page, intermittent disconnect etc. Surprisingly access to all sites other than the irct works okay during initial period of Tatkal e-ticket reservation.
More to the surprise, suddenly after couple of hours of opening duration, everything start working fine only to know that all tickets have beeen waitlisted by that time. Since this is not one time or isolated incidents but being a daily affair, I feel that there is some kind of nexus to prevent people from their rights of equality.

I very much support this complaint. I have also experienced the same problem today. During 8 to 8.15 AM service will stop during midway process.
It seems that IRCTC server is not able to handle heavy load. Its high time that indian railway should upgrade the server as now almost all are using IRCTC to book tickets and it is one of the indian site which gets maximun number of hits.
But I dont surely think there is a nexus between agents and IRCTC as I have learned that these agents have some program to book tickets which is scheduled to run during 8 to 8.15AM and it keeps running during these time until all their tickets are booked.
