To inform with deep regrate that IRCTC Tatkal online (e-ticket) reservation process is of no use with session getting drop or unavailable during initial hours of it\'s opening period.

Virtually every time you try to book in the morning at 8:00AM, session will either drop almost instantaneously, with \"service unavailable\" error, failing to load entire page, intermittent disconnect etc. Surprisingly access to all sites other than the irct works okay during initial period of Tatkal e-ticket reservation.

More to the surprise, suddenly after couple of hours of opening duration, everything start working fine only to know that all tickets have beeen waitlisted by that time. Since this is not one time or isolated incidents but being a daily affair, I feel that there is some kind of nexus to prevent people from their rights of equality.

Request to address asap in order to restore faith in the services

I had booked one e-ticket on 16/08/2010 . the amount of the e-ticket was Rs. 3824.00 and made payment through SBI (ATM) TRANSANTION .NO POS 022********7 IRC.Now it is found that the above amount recovered twice by bank as shown in ATM statement slip. please refund the amount Rs 3824.00 in my account urgenly

one of the worst website, I have seen is irctc. for weekends I can never book tatkal seats, it always shows service unavailable.... such a worst service.

I support this complaint.
I have booked tatkal tickets earlier without any problem.. Now onlt this 'service unavailable' prob has arised.. this is just a game of railway officials with booking agents.. This problem needs to be raised seriously..

This Ashish pandey,my concern that I booked the Ticket through online(E-Ticket)
but day of the journey Train was Late about 8 hours, after next day I maintain theTDR (For return of my ticket charges) through online But still when I check the status, that shows from last 5 month your complain has been forwarded to Railway, I am giving my all detail of TDR ,which is mentioned below.
and kindly give the priority of this complain, Do the needful.

I support this complaint.

I am a user of irctc net reservation nearly for 3 yrs. and booked tatkal many times about 20~25 times at 8am. but from may onwwards, it is not working from 8am to 9am, when around 9am one could login, no tatkals are available on the site.

it is a planned programme done by irctc officials as this SERVICE UNAVAILABLE can't come on normal conditions, they have controlled the user login/booking manually from their end. It is a shame for MAMATA to share railways ministry with dalals.

I have faced a incident where i was having a waitlisted ticket and outside Delhi station a person was selling Confirmed Sleeper Class tickets for Kanpur @ 1400/-. At that time he was having more than 10 such tickets.
