Idea Cellular simcard selling retailer from Mumbai - Idea Simcrd retailer Cheated me (name is Disa/ Mbl no.9594048199 / 9594064199

Respected Sir,/ Madam.

Please Do take attention on this comlaint and please take action on it.
Idea simcard retail seller Miss Disa phoned me on my mobile for a special Number allotting me the Number 8652078692 & Ater two Days she told me that No. is not available and then they gave this number 8652618786. for which I have Paid Rs. 1000/one thousand only and they sent me sim card No89917990311085030064 The Person who came with this sim card his name was Ganesh Sukla, He gave me the end of farm with his written sign.which is attached herewith and the lady who sent him her name is Disa, and her Mobile No. is 9594048199 and one other lady to whom I hve complaint for the sim is not yet activated her No. is 9594064199. but they don't have any responsibility, they are misusing idea's name and cheating innocent people like us. please do take action on it. I have given them Form No.50073858 with one photo of my self + 1,000/ rupees. on 5th of june 2011. but yet my sim is not been activated . and the number they gave me is been ringing from yesterday to some other people iwho s using the number.
