Idea Cellular - Idea cellulars pathetic service

I am availing the service from idea cellulars from past 8 years and above, but am very annoyed with the service they are providing these days ,their basics that is the network is not in place.I have even changed the handset but still the problem is not rectified.Moreover the call gets dropped in between of a conversation and the network vanishes all of a sudden it throws a negative note with person you are talking.
