Dear Sir,
My name is Abdul Naveed Khan, I have Purchased Acer Liquid E Ferrari 1.5 year before and after using for 3 months its started giving me a problem of auto start always whenever i am calling or else during the time of call its automatically auto start. So i have called customer care and complaint about it and they give me the address of Sri Vinayaka Electronics, Abids, Hyderabad. I went there and they told me that its a problem of a software and needs to b updated and i have given handset to update but the problem still continued and i complaint again and they replace the handset with a new handset after giving them the bill and its with Sri Vinayaka and now Sri Vinayaka is not taking acer mobiles and all details are with them only.
And now this new handset is automatically got off after 4 months and i am trying to on it but its not getting on and i call customer care and they given me the adress of Cluster Infotech Pvt.Ltd.#102, Dhana Raju Apartments, 54/A, Vengala Rao Nagar, Hyderabad. They told me they will check and get back to me and taken Rs.562 from me and after 5 days they call me and told me that its a problem of mother board,battery and i need to pay Rs1500 for it.
Hence, I request Acer to replace my mobile with a new mobile or else just refund back my money.
Note:- The person who called and talk during the time of replacing handset his name is Sharma from Banglore.
