Acer India - NOT RECIVING GIFT FROM ACER INDIA LIMITED BANGLORE

i have purchased acer aspire-4736-z note book(serial no.LXP 530C0099153F3AE1601). on 22/6/2009 with an offer of free 250GB USB hard drive .which i will get after sending a dd of rs-999 in favour of acer india private ltd. banglore with all required documents.i have sent my dd with all detail to acer on 26/6/2009. but i didnt get any gift or any response from the company plz help me out the detail of dd is given below
