Idea Cellular - Complaint against Executive‏

Sir/madam,

I, Mirna Singh was an idea customer with the number 9891890400. it was a post paid number on the name of Mr. Paras Khanna.I used the number for only four months and was very regular with the payments of bills. I am not a resident of Delhi and i had to rush to my hometown as my mother passed away. i stayed with my family for two-three months as it was a very tough phase for all of us. The Idea cellular made a bill of 3900 INR for two months when i didnt even use the phone.
Their executive by the name of Priyanka called me up and spoke with me very rudely. On explaining to her that i was out of town as my mom had expired, she said 'that is not our problem'. How can someone cross the limits of rudeness and behave in such a shameful manner!
On top of it, this woman is calling all my friends and relatives to tell them that i havent paid their bill. This is so embarrassing and i want to file a case against this woman for mental harassment and all the damage she has done to my reputation in front of all my friends.
I also called up the Idea executives to ask them the procedure to file a case against them, they cut my phone after putting me on hold for almost ten minutes.

This is clear case of how the collection agencies can overstep the boundaries with their customers and do not want to understand their genuine problems. I was going to pay the bill anyways, but now after all this episode i am not going to pay the bill until i am given some compensation against the damage done to my reputation.

Inspite of my requests to not to call my friends and relatives, Priyanka has been calling all the people on my list. I will not accept that. She kept harassing my friends by calling all day long. I also want to bring to your notice that Priyanka does not have any sense as to how to talk to her customers. She went down to disgrace and question my family values and morals, which i WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT TAKE. It was only when she said things about my family background that i blasted out at her. I am aware that all these conversations are recorded, and i am quite happy about it because the company should see how rude their executives are with their clients.

I wish to file against Idea Cellular Ltd. for mental harassment.
