My samsung got damaged within two months of purchasing.i went to the servicing centre at ernakulam kaloor and they told they would clear it within two days.though i had leave till the next day and i had to leave for bangalore for work i waited for two more days.but after two days i got the reply that sparepart is not avilable so they cant tell when it will be reached.what can i say.only two moths is the life span of a smart phone.i purchased it thinking samsung has better service .but now i am convised that samsung is the worst and i will never recommend it for anybody else.
