Purcahsed a Samsung Split Airconditioner on 9/5/2009. Explained to showroom Manager requested early installation as an operated young lady was being brought home on the evening of 9/5/2009.Took the evening of 11/5/2009 for installation.Installation wiring not properly covered, breakages in the wall not covered.Refused to pay installation charges.Viveks man George came and inspected and said work would be completed in a weeks time.Now gas leak from 2/6/2009.Called and complained on morning of 3/5/2009- Complaint number 230571.It is now 4 p.m. in 6/5/2009. Mechanics came and went last evening but the problem is not rectified.Informed Samsung Head Office and personnally went just now to Viveks showroom in TNagar, dont care attitude. Please take up the matter on my behalf for breakdown of machine hardly 21 days old and poor after sales service.
